Tickets

A built-in support ticket system for your Discord server. Your members can open tickets, and your team can manage them from Discord or the dashboard.

What it does

• Ticket creation — Your members open tickets via a panel or command
• Ticket location — Create private threads by default, or dedicated ticket channels in channel mode
• Transcripts — The bot saves a transcript automatically when a ticket closes

How to use

1. Set up a ticket panel in Config → Tickets
2. Your members click the button or use the command to open a ticket
3. The bot creates a private thread or channel for the conversation
4. Staff respond and close the ticket when resolved
5. The bot saves the transcript so you can view it in the dashboard

Optionally choose a parent channel/category and support role so new tickets land where your team expects.

Configuration

Setting	Description
Ticket parent channel/category	Optional parent: thread mode uses a text channel for private threads; channel mode uses a category for ticket channels
Auto-close	Automatically close stale tickets after N hours
Transcript channel	Where the bot posts transcripts
Support role	Which role can see and manage tickets
Welcome message	The message the bot sends automatically when a ticket opens
